If talking about the coffee shop, I’m sure that Starbucks would be the very first name that most people think of, me either.

Starbucks itself have been with humanity for a long time since 1971 and continues to expand all over the world. Can you guess the number of Starbucks stores worldwide? It’s 32,600!

These interesting data leads me to analyze the brand personality and here is what I found.

4 main dimensions of Starbucks personality are Valuable, Adaptability, Sincerity, and Loyalty.

Valuable: Starbucks has many product lines including snacks, beverages, brew coffee, and speciality coffee.

Adaptability: There are over 30,000 stores of Starbucks worldwide. This leads to the adaptability of the brand with different geographic.

Sincerity: Starbucks is also known as a good service shop with sincerity. The store itself also has a good environment.

Loyalty: There is a fair price which matches the value and the quality of the products.
