My experience throughout this semester

Marketing is everywhere. It has become essential knowledge nowadays. I am glad to be in this class and have learned a lot this semester. Not only from the textbook, but also real-life lessons. The experiences are beyond my expectations. Throughout the semester, I have met great people, created new friendships, went through challenges, and explored myself along with unlocking my skills and getting out of my comfort zone.

The project that I am responsible for is challenging with lots of impediment. Lucky me that I have been in a good team with alike teammates that have the same working style, so we could get along with each other and complete all tasks easily. Unfortunately, COVID-19 did not allow us to meet face-to-face often as it should, and that is the main barrier.

At the beginning of the project, ignoring the pandemic, the first challenge was about the ideas. Our teams came up with lots of incredible ideas, yet we have to stay in reality and focus on tangible products which are limited and narrow down our ideas.

After getting through the ideate process, to make it ‘real’ is the next challenge. Since my team members and I are not food-sci students, none of us have a knowledge of food. We have done many research and interviews to make it possible. Now, we are in the process of producing plant-based milk from spent grain. Wish us good luck!

Absolutely, the expected delivery at the end of semester for me is the successful product. I would like to thank all my team members, everything could not be done without any of you. You guys did a great job, thank you.
